Weight Watchers Points For Jamba Juice and Subway

Update: 2/23/2010, A lot of you are still showing up for this. I've created an updated one that is located here.

These numbers are based off the latest information at both the Jamba Juice and Subway sites. The info on those sites does change and the above table only reflects the current status as of today. The old WWCalc program for Palm PDAs was used to make the calculations.

The Omega 3 Boost helps all the Jamba Light drinks the most since it contains the most fiber and takes the place of the original Fiber Boost. The other boosts do basically what the notes say, but more info can be obtained at the Jamba Juice website.
