I Don't Know What I Was Thinking

So as you can see in this picture a whole BUCKET full, yes a copper bucket, of cheese arrived at the house today from iGourmet. They had a deal on flat rate shipping regardless of how much you ordered. Basically they dared me and since it was cheese I took their dare. I'm not sure how we're going to get through all this cheese, but one thing is for sure. After we do get through it all we'll be bound up tighter than... than... than I don't know what, but really bound up. So if we come by your house in the next couple of weeks you can pretty much expect us to be bringing some cheese.

In case you can't count that's eleven(11) different cheeses in that photo plus two bottles of extra virgin olive oil. I also forgot to include a chunk of seriously sharp cheddar from Scotland. Aye lad all this dairy'll keep the kilt a'flappin' for sure.

OMIGOSH! Are you insane? What were you thinking? Didn't Little Mrs. K purchase a bunch of cheese a month ago as well? And what about all the cheese we ate during Thanksgiving? I don't know how you'll be able to handle it! Make sure you have a plunger :)

Learn to make fondue. And eat it with high grain breads and lots of nuts. (that helps)

Ooo, fondue we know already. Can't believe I didn't think of that. Great idea on the whole grain breads too. Thanks.

You are the cheesiest, Little K. BTW if you hadn't read up on myspace- Sandi had cancer again, they had to remove part of her lung 2 weeks ago. She's recovering, and it IS malignant, but not bad enough to need chemo again.
