Enough Is Enough
Monday Night Football Has Been Ruined
As much as I would like to watch a bit of football on Monday nights that just doesn't seem like it is going to be possible. I've watched the past few Mondays since the season began and it's kind of been a cumulative thing. At first it was just the stupid celebrities they interviewed during the game. There's no reason for that bullshit. I'm watching to see some football not an interview with Spike Lee or some basketball player. Tonight it came down to the number of commercials. It's barely into the 2nd quarter and I've already given up on Monday night football for the season. In fact maybe for as long as ESPN airs it. I couldn't even keep track of how many commercials they showed. I ran out of fingers and toes. I ended up in me writing my second email to ESPN tonight. I wrote the first one during the first Monday night game of the season. I had hoped they would improve, but alas they have not. It's a bit disappointing really. The game tonight looked like it might be a good one. Oh well. That's what ESPN gets for getting greedy with the ad dollars. Who knows what the fuck they were trying to accomplish by interviewing non-football people during a football game.
Fuck you ESPN and the backwards ass horse you road in on. Your sponsors were probably not going to get any of my money anyway, but they definitely aren't now.

My boss had me email them a Nastygram about the Monday Night Football. There is an ombudsman with an email address on the site if you wanna yell in person.
Me? I don't watch football. I just like writing nastygrams for my boss.
I didn't see the direct addy before so I just filled out their form and input my 500 characters worth of abuse.
Twice. At the beginning of the season and last night. That's it. They are dead to me now.
Little Kenny is pissed...and I know from experience, it takes A LOT to piss him off because he's usually so laid back and easily amused. Hmmmm...Might I suggest recording the game on that fancy little gadget you had installed for Mrs. Little Kenny and using the Fast Forward button through all those nasty commercials and celebrity rants? Just a thought (and I do realize you shouldn't HAVE to do this, but it always gives me great pleasure blowing through all the commercials - my little way of stickin' it to the advertising man). =)
