So Far Slow And Steady

Well I haven't really come up with how I really wanted to track my diet status over here. However, the more time I took to try and figure out the best way the more I realized that I wasn't tracking it online like I wanted to. So I'm basically just taking a screen capture of the spread sheet that I'm recording my progress in. I've been keeping a daily record in my pda of total points, but I think I'll just be tracking current weight for each week and how that weight differs from the previous week. I may at some point also track total progress from starting weight. Actually I guess I'll add that in now. So for those who wanted to follow along now you can. Yippee! So far so good, but I can't help but feel like there is going to be a set back in there somewhere and sometime soon. Hopefully not.

Don't depend entirely on weight as a sign of progress. Do your measurements as well. Muscle is heavier than fat, but takes up less space. If you are doing any exercise, you will start making muscle mass, and your WEIGHT number might not shift at all (or might even go up) while your actual SIZE is going down.

Just so yas know. These are the things you learn when your hubby is a personal trainer. You'd think I'd be skinnier, wouldn't you?

Good things to note for sure. I've only documented the weight online, but we are tracking all of what you noted. I guess I should probably track the measurements as well. Those I think though we only measure once a month. I'll have to check with Mrs. Little Kenny. I guess if I'm going to post info it should be complete info. I'll get right on that. ;)
