Customer Dis-Service

So while surfing today I stumbled on this story. Long story short the guy preordered some stuff. When he went to pick it up they were out of stock. He requested a substitution and had a heck of a time getting the employees to understand what he wanted. In the end he got what he wanted with a receipt. Read between the lines. Turns out he was given the log that was going to be kept on his transaction instead of his receipt.

That's classic! After a few of my visits to Blockbuster, I'd kill to see their log from my visit! Ha!
