That really sucks. I usually get up between 8 and 9 and then wonder what to do with my day.
I got a few things around the house that I can't find time for and since you seem to have an unbelievable amount of spare time after 8 or 9 I got no problem with you coming up and taking care of the leaking crapper.
Self employment, hmph.
